RAKKAN Ramen USA was proud to attend this year’s California Restaurant Show, where we showcased the rich, authentic flavors of Japanese miso on behalf of the Japan Federation of Miso Manufacturers Cooperative.
Over the course of the event, our team served more than 2,000 samples of 16 unique miso ramen varieties, each crafted to highlight the depth and versatility of Japan’s beloved fermented food.
It was an honor to share our passion for ramen while representing the very best of Japanese miso to industry professionals and food lovers.
